Another first for Aqua Diving School
We have now
been approved as a BSAC diver training centre and can run BSAC courses from Ocean diver up to Dive leader .
The
British Sub-Aqua Club is the biggest dive club in the world, now with a national diver training centre based on the Isle of
wight. If you need to finish a course or just start a new one, please be assured which ever agency you choose from PADI or
BSAC then you will always be trained to the highest standards from each organisation by a trained BSAC or PADI instructor.
OCEAN DIVER
This course is designed for beginners,
and covers all aspects of basic practical and theory. It comprises two days pool and classroom, followed by 5 open water dives
over three days. The result is a qualification to a depth of 20 metres.
Course Pre-requisites
- Be
medically fit to dive.
- Able to swim 200 metres or snorkel 300 metres.
- Pre-study the course manual before the
course.
Minimum Age
How is the course run?
- Two
days pool and classroom, followed by three days open water.
Cost ?
- £385 (includes Ocean Diver
manual, qualification record book, BS-AC '88 tables, logbook and hire of all the kit)
- Does NOT include transport
to dive sites, site fees
This course is the next step up from Ocean Diver and involves
two days theory and pool work, followed by three days marshalling and diving in open water.

DIVE LEADER
This
course develops your experience and responsibility through theory and assessment dives.
